Paid for auction items, never got them or tracking info

I won a few things on a Hibid auction. They sent me an invoice, I paid it, and then I got an email saying they would ship the items and send tracking. I never did receive anything after that. No items, no tracking number, nothing.

I tried a number of ways to get in touch with them but got nowhere. I had to file a complaint through Hibid's own system and then dispute the charge with my credit card company. The whole thing just left me hanging after I paid.
