Ordered stuff from their site and never got anything three months later

I paid for some items off their website www.highprae.com and never got anything. So I asked for a refund and they said they would send it back to my card. That was 3 months ago.

Every time I email them at [email protected] I get the same copy-paste message saying "Let me explain the refund process. Refunds usually take 15-25 business days to process and arrive in your account. However, it might take longer due to your bank or card issuers processing time. Our payment processor is also experiencing delays due to high transaction volume." It's been 3 months. I lost $50.
