Ordered kids clothes online and never got my package

I saw this website hillcountrykidsclothing.com selling kids clothes for cheap. I placed an order and paid $78. That was over two weeks ago now. I never got anything.

So I emailed the customer service address. They wrote back and said my order would go out that day. That was a week ago. Still no package, nothing.

I've emailed them two more times since then. No reply at all. It feels like they just took my money and that's it. Nothing is happening and I have nothing to show for it.
