Paid for driveway paving and warranty, they left huge cracks and vanished

I got my driveway paved by this company called Home Improvements Canada. They offered me a warranty for the work. They didn't ask for money upfront, but right after they finished the job they rushed me to pay.

I paid them $6000. The driveway has huge cracks all over it now. They never came back to fix it or do any repair work like they said they would.

I tried to reach them so many times. I called the number 1(431) 557-3239 and emailed [email protected]. Nothing. It's like the company just vanished from Winnipeg. I heard they used to deal with Ottawa and Winnipeg, and now I think they're ready to scam people in Montreal.
