Got a scary letter about my mortgage from a warranty company

I got this "last notice" letter in the mail and it really worried me. It said there would be a "lapse in coverage" on my mortgage and that I could be liable for damages and repairs. It had a property code number on it and claimed they'd been trying to reach me. The letter said I didn't have a home warranty and needed to show proof of one.

So I called the number they gave, (184) 202-8482. But the people who answered weren't my lender at all. They were just a company trying to sell me a home warranty. I think they called themselves Home Warranties or something like that. The whole thing felt like a trick to get me to call and buy something.
