Got a final notice for a home warranty I don't even have.

I got this final notice in the mail from (877) 891-9767 about a home warranty. It says it needs renewal right away. The thing is, I don't have a home warranty with them. Never have.

The letter was talking about a pending expiration date just a few days after I got it. It felt like they were trying to scare me into paying for something that doesn't exist. It's a fake invoice for a supplier bill I never agreed to. I didn't lose any money, but it's still a really shady thing to get in the mail.
