Got a confusing letter about my home warranty expiring

I got this mailing from something called the Home Warranty Division of Sun East FCU. It says I need to respond. There's a customer ID on it: HDU1ABGW7226.

The notice says it's important I call their office at (805) 221-8124 to avoid delays in coverage. They gave a deadline of 4/17/2026. It says the property at my address, which is secured by Sun East FCU, might be expiring or already expired. It says they can revoke eligibility for service after the expiration date. It told me to immediately call that number. It was signed by Eric Henderson, Program Director.

It just felt off. I don't know what this is about.
