Got a fake urgent mortgage letter in the mail

I got something in the mail saying it was an urgent matter with my mortgage and my lender. So I called the number they gave, 1(888) 801-8190. They sent me to a person who started telling me I needed a home warranty. They said there was an outstanding unclaimed balance of $199. The address on the letter was 101 park avenue #1300, Oklahoma City, OK 73102. It felt off right away. I didn't pay anything but it was clearly a scam trying to get my money.

Got a letter in the mail about a home warranty I don't even have.

I got this letter in the mail. It's trying to get me to call a number about a home warranty that's expiring. The thing is, I don't even have a home warranty. It said to call (888) 678-5131.

It felt off right away. I never signed up for anything like that. Now I'm just getting this mail trying to get me to call them. I didn't call the number, but I don't like getting this stuff. It's misleading.

Got a text saying my home warranty is about to expire

I got a text message. It said I needed to call a number immediately because my home warranty was about to expire. The number was (888) 404-4504. I don't have a home warranty. I never signed up for anything like that. It felt like a scam trying to get me to call. I didn't call, but I don't like getting these messages.

Got another threatening letter about my home warranty

I got another letter in the mail about a home warranty. It's identical to one I saw posted online from November 2025. It says my coverage "requires" something and that I don't have the proper coverage. It mentions "two (2) active service advisories."

The whole thing feels threatening. It borders on extortion. The letter came from an address in Oregon. The phone number listed is (877) 913-1764. I never signed up for anything with them.
