Second final notice about home warranty with no company name on the letter

For the second time now we got this letter in the mail. It says FINAL NOTICE on it real big and references Truist Bk both in the letter and on the front of the envelope. The whole thing has this urgent threatening tone like they want you to think Truist is involved somehow.

There is no company name anywhere on the letter. I had to call the number (888) 801-8190 just to find out who it was. It's a home warranty company. But the way they wrote it makes it seem like some kind of official bank notice or something. It just feels misleading.
