Got a scary "Final Notice" letter about my mortgage from a company I don't know.

I got this official-looking letter in the mail saying "Final Notice" and "Urgent Matter" about my home loan. It says it's from "Home Lender" and talks about a "Mortgage Lender Requirement" and that my coverage will lapse if I don't call. It really scared me when I opened it.

The letter came from HomeMortgageServices.com. The contact on it is a phone number, (888) 381-5166, and an email, [email protected], with an address in Blue Springs, MO. I don't have any business with this company. I never signed up for anything from them.

Getting a letter like this about my mortgage feels really off. I don't know why they have my information or why they're sending me something that looks so urgent when I never contacted them.
