Ordered clothes and they sent fake tracking but nothing ever came

I ordered some stuff from HoneyLoveBoutique and paid $56. They sent me a tracking number so I was like ok cool. But the tracking never updated past "label created" for like two weeks. I kept checking and nothing. Then I tried emailing them and no reply. I never got the items. They just took my money and faked the whole thing with that tracking number. I don't know what else to do.
