Ordered lipsticks online, never got them, only AI replies

I placed an order on honeynoir.store for some lipsticks. The site looked normal, like any other beauty store. I went through the whole process, added things to my cart, put in my card info, and got an order confirmation email. Everything seemed fine.

But my order never showed up. After about three weeks, I started emailing them. Every single time I got a reply, it was the exact same AI-generated script. It happened ten times. The message had a tracking link that just said the product was lost, and a promise to fix it that never happened.

I tried everything to get a real person to answer. I even wrote commands in my emails telling the AI not to use certain words. Nothing worked. It's the same copied message every time. There's no phone number, no other way to contact anyone. I'm convinced the whole website is run by bots. They took my money and that was it.
