Ordered from HOOBS in November and still haven't gotten my item.

I placed an order with HOOBS back on November 29, 2024. I still haven't received what I paid for, and it's been months now.

I've tried following up a bunch of times. I even have a ticket number, #2262. Every time I contact them, it's just another excuse or they tell me there's another delay.

I paid $399.99 and I want my money back. This is ridiculous.
