Ordered Seahawks items from hotflot and never got them

I saw some Seahawks Super Bowl items on Facebook. I went to hotflot in Google and saw they had a website, so I made my purchases. I never received the items or anything else beyond a "we received your order" confirmation. That was it. Nothing ever came.
