Emails saying HSBC will charge my PayPal for something I never joined

I got three emails now saying HSBC is gonna charge a payment through my PayPal Portal Account. It says if I didn't authorize it to call 1-983-220-2770. Then it says thank you for joining our Talent Network.

I have no idea what this Talent Network is. I never joined it. I checked my PayPal and nothing has been taken out yet. I'm pretty sure this is a scam. Just wanted to report it.
