Ordered a Hugo cart for my son but got a junk necklace instead

I saw the website hugocart.com and thought I was buying a Hugo cart for my son. I placed the order and they told me it shipped. The money came out, 99 dollars.

I never got the cart. What showed up was this very junky necklace. That's not what I ordered at all. They just took the money and sent this other thing. I tried the email [email protected] but got nothing back.
