Person emailed me about my lost cat using a known scam

I posted about my missing cat online and got a message from [email protected]. I looked up the email address and found out this same person has messaged others before. They tell people they have their lost pet but won't return it unless you pay a fee. They also claim they can't send a picture of the animal.

Another person posted about this in Florida, so I don't know where the scammer really is. The address given is Herndon, VA 20170. I figured out what was going on early and called them out, so they didn't get anything from me. I'm attaching an image from the other person's post to show what they do.
