Ordered lash products from Instagram, never received them

I saw these lash products featured on Instagram and went through the link to order them back in November. I paid over $120. Every month I’d reach out to ask about my order. I kept getting emails saying the product was delayed but would ship soon.

The last time anyone emailed me back was in March. Since the beginning of April, I’ve sent five emails. No reply. I also tried messaging them on social media. Nothing. I just never got the product. The website was Hunnyfitbeauty and the email is [email protected].
