Ordered a dress and got an empty box, now they won't help

I bought a dress from HuongBoutique.com. When the FedEx package arrived, it was just an empty box. There was no dress inside at all.

I contacted their support, but they said there's nothing they can do. They told me I needed a video of me opening the box for the first time to prove it was empty. How am I supposed to have a video from before I opened it? I already opened it. That doesn't make any sense.

They won't refund me or send the dress. I'm out $201.
