Ordered jewelry in December and never got it, no replies

I bought some jewelry back in December using the Shop app. The website was hypedevi.com and the contact email was [email protected]. It's been months now and I never received anything. I've tried emailing them for an update or just to get my money back, but they don't respond at all. I'm out $55 and have nothing to show for it.
