BE LEARY & CAREFUL with this company!!! Icon installed our sign a little over years ago I was happy with it even though it was delayed due to the shipper not them No problems We do not use our sign from April-August and hours a day the other months A few weeks ago the lights went out I called 2+ weeks ago to have them come out and look No one did Called back and they said it may cost $for replacement bulbs but they would have to come out in look That is fine then they call back and tell me they want $just to come minutes to see what has to be doneReally? $just to come look at a sign you installed that is rarely used? And that $does not come off the full amount if I were to have them replacedand here I was actually going to have them do another sign for us along the road If you buy from these guys check ALL small print I honestly am floored any company would do this Very bad business So, on to a more reputable sign company for my new sign & bulbs Terrible

We do not use our sign from April-August and 3 hours a day the other months. A few weeks ago the lights went out. I called 2+ weeks ago to have them come out and look. No one did. Called back and they said it may cost $850 for replacement bulbs but they would have to come out in look. That is fine. then they call back and tell me they want $250 just to come 20 minutes to see what has to be done. Really? $250 just to come look at a sign you installed that is rarely used? And that $250 does not come off the full amount if I were to have them replaced. and here I was actually going to have them do another sign for us along the road. If you buy from these guys check ALL small print. I honestly am floored any company would do this. Very bad business. So, on to a more reputable sign company for my new sign & bulbs. Terrible.
