Called about a cheap RV, they wanted wire transfer upfront

I saw this RV listed on their website for a really low price. So I called the number on there and left a message, also filled out their info page to ask about buying it. Then some guy called me back and told me to wire the money first. I said no, I need to see the RV in person first.

He told me they could deliver it to me for $1200. But their own website says $0.60 a mile and the distance is 2406 miles, which comes out to $1443.60. That math didn't add up. Then today I got a Purchase Agreement by email with a VIN number on it. I looked up that VIN and it comes back to a 2002 Spartan Motors chassis, not an RV at all.

I told the guy I wasn't interested anymore because I couldn't verify anything. He said I wouldn't be able to because he doesn't do business with the BBB. I also looked up their address before all this and it's right in the middle of an intersection in Idaho, and it said the business can't be verified.
