Ordered an alarm clock that arrived broken and missing the free gift

I ordered an alarm clock and a free lavender spray from ilovehue.store after the holidays. It took over a month to get here, and when it did, the clock was broken and the spray wasn't even in the box. The stuff is really cheap, nothing like how it looked online.

I tried to return it because it's within their 30-day policy, but they refused. They said my order isn't eligible for a return. They only offered store credit or an exchange, but I don't want any of their products at all. I just want my money back.
