Mail about toner with a W9 form for a clinic I never ordered from
I called the number on the letter, (888) 233-6224, to ask about it. The person kept asking me what listing I was calling about, over and over. I told them I was going to report them to the BBB.
The return address says 22647 Ventura Blvd. Ste 661 in Woodland Hills, CA, and the email on it is [email protected]. No money lost, just a fake invoice.
