Phone calls and texts about a settlement using my old name

I keep getting phone calls and texts from 573-232-1351. They say it's Imperial trying to reach me about some important settlement offer. They want me to call back at 833-907-5927.

But here's the thing. They used my former name, which I haven't gone by in 16 years. That's just weird. I never gave them any money or anything, but it feels like phishing. Just wanted to report it.
