Ordered something online and they only sent part of it.

I bought a product from impressbe.com. When it arrived, it was only one part. There are supposed to be two more parts, and without them the whole thing is useless. I contacted their support email, [email protected], about it.

They got back to me and offered me four dollars as compensation. That doesn't fix anything. I asked them to just mail me the missing parts, but they said no. I paid $42 for this. Now I'm stuck with an item I can't even use.
