Job ad on Indeed turned out to be a scam

I found a job on Indeed and applied. The whole thing felt off from the start but I needed work so I went along with it. They had an address in Newark, NJ but it didn't seem real.

I ended up losing $250 to these people. They said it was for some kind of training or equipment or something. I don't even know anymore.

It's a fake company using Indeed to post jobs. I just want people to know so they don't get taken like I did.
