Ordered a bracelet online and never got it, lost $65

I bought a bracelet from Inera.com back on January 18th. I paid for it and everything, the order went through. But the item never showed up. I never received it.

I'm out $64.95 because of this. I tried to get in touch with them using the email they had, [email protected]. Nothing came of it. No reply, no bracelet.
