Ordered live plum trees from Facebook ad, got seeds from Italy instead

I saw this ad on a Facebook reel for live sapling plum trees, buy one get one free. It showed these nice 2 foot trees in a wrapped box so I ordered. About a month later I got a tiny pack of seeds in the mail. Not even close to what I paid for.

The tracking number showed it shipped from Italy which made no sense because the ad looked like it was coming from somewhere here. I spent $30 on this. The email they gave was [email protected] and the address is 70 E Hawthorne ave., Valley Stream, NY 11580 but I don't even know if that's real. Never got my trees, just seeds.
