Ordered an MP3 player for Christmas, never got it or my refund

I ordered an mp3 player from Innioasis back in November so my son would have it by Christmas. Christmas came and went, no product. January 4th came, still nothing and no answer to my emails. Finally on January 12th they answered, sending a picture of the delivery driver's hand holding a package, saying it was delivered. I sent back a picture of my own front door to prove we never got it.

We went back and forth with emails where they kept insisting the carrier delivered it. They told me I could only get half a refund if I paid for shipping. Then they said they sent a replacement but had no tracking number. Then they finally said I would get a full refund. They said the refund was processed on February 26th. It's now March 6th and I still haven't gotten my refund, or the product. Their latest email says the refund is pending, not processed. This company is fake. Do not buy from them. You will not get your order.
