Hi ***, Thank you for following up to make sure we had received the letter in the mail. Customer Mr *** purchased gauge item from online reseller of Innovate Motorsports, not direct. Mr*** stated that the Bosch oxygen sensor that was included with the Innovate
Motorsports monitoring gauge display failed within weeks of use. Mr*** read on Innovate product installation manual that the oxygen sensor was not under warranty. That is true, that the sensor is a wear item and is not covered under warranty. Although, covered under certain circumstances such as this one. Mr*** failed to contact the reseller he purchased item from, nor did he attempt to contact Innovate Motorsports directly for assistance. Mr*** then filed complaint with Revdex.com. *** ***, Director of Innovate Motorsports reached out to Mr*** and was able to quickly resolve the issue by sending a replacement oxygen sensor to him next day air at no charge. Our apologies go out to Mr*** for the inconvenience and we made him aware that if any issues come up to please contact Innovate Motorsports directly for a quick resolution. Sincerely, *** ***
