Ordered a jacket, never got it, and now they won't answer my emails

I ordered a faux leather Libra jacket from Inout Apparel. It never showed up, even after waiting 8 weeks. I emailed them and they said the imprint machine broke but orders were going out again.

So I waited another two months. Still nothing. I sent another email asking for my money back, over $121. They never replied to that one. I’ve sent more emails since then and it’s just silence. No jacket, no refund, no answers.
