Locked out of my old Instagram account unless I pay $15

I tried to log into my Instagram account, lovierayjinx. Its an old account I’ve had for like 5-7 years, nothing major changed on it. Kept getting denied access even though I put in my phone number, my Facebook that’s linked, and my email.

So now unless I pay $15 for a free account I can’t get in. And I can’t even delete the account or get my stuff off it. They just hold my info hostage, even if its just a picture of my dog. I dont think thats right.
