Per conversation between Revdex.com and Business:He now knows his username and passwordThis happened because Mr*** got new internet (not through Intellinet) and it reconfigured everything.They have technicians that do this but it costs money, and Mr*** didn't want to payThey sent a technician out
to "squeeze him in" and that was free of chargeCall Mr*** and check because this should be resolved
