Website won’t let me cancel my subscription

I’ve been trying to cancel a subscription with this company for a while now and they just refuse. The website is https://www.iris-works.com. I don’t know what else to do.

They keep saying I can’t cancel or they ignore me. I didn’t lose any money yet but it feels like they’re just holding onto my info. No phone number or address on the site that I can find.
