Ordered from IrishShopUSA, items were bad and return address is in China

I bought something from IrishShopUSA. Their site says they're an Irish American family business in Boston. The stuff I got was really poor quality, just substandard.

So I tried to return it. They told me I have to send it to China. The shipping cost is way too high, it's prohibitive. That doesn't make any sense for a Boston company.

I just found out the package actually came from some place called Kesthers Fottyes in Chicago. I looked it up and people say that's a scam company. I'm out over $120.
