Got a text about a loan I never applied for.

I got a text message from someone named Stephanie at Iron Wire. The number was (888) 899-1359. She said she had information about my loan application.

I never applied for any loan. Not with them, not with anyone. It felt off right away. I don't know why they're contacting me or where they got my number.
