Got a text about a loan application I never filled out

I got a text message from someone named Stephanie at Iron Wire American. The text said, "Hi [my first name], this is Stephanie from Iron Wire American here. Can I call you to go over your personal loan application? If no longer needed, let me know."

I never applied for a personal loan with them. I don't know who they are. The text came from the phone number (888) 899-1359. It felt off because I didn't ask for any loan. I don't want them calling me.
