Paid for an LLC filing service and got nothing back

I paid $199 to this company because they said they would handle the filing for my LLC. The email I used was [email protected] and they gave me an address in Delaware. That was all I had to go on.

After I sent the money I never heard anything. No confirmation, no paperwork, nothing. I tried emailing them a few times but nobody ever wrote me back. It just feels like they took the money and disappeared.

I don't even know a real company name to look up. Just that email and the Delaware address. I never got any kind of service or proof they did anything.
