Ordered a product in February and still nothing arrived

I ordered this product on February 23 from their website ivercorp. They told me they were having supply issues and would send it when they received it. I never did get it.

I tried emailing them at [email protected] but no reply. Their address is 7901 4th street N ste 300 st, Saint Petersburg, FL 33702. I lost $122.97 on this. Just never got the product and they stopped answering.
