Ordered a shirt from their site and got a total runaround

I bought a shirt from Ivy and Cole Charleston, their website looked really nice. The shirt quality was horrible and it didn’t even fit. Their return policy says returns are for international shipping. So I tried to do the return but it asked for an item code that was never on my invoice. So I had to email customer service. Went back and forth with them. They offered me 15% refund on a $49.95 shirt and said I can just keep the shirt. That’s only $7.49 back. I told them I don’t want the shirt. They wouldn’t give me a shipping address, that was a red flag, and kept saying the shipping is international. Then they offered 20% of the original price. I said I’d ship it back internationally myself. Nope. The refund policy online and what actually happens are totally different. They send bad stuff and let you keep it but they keep your money. This company is a scam. Do not buy from them.
