Ordered shirts from a Facebook ad and got completely different items
When I asked about sending them back for a return, they told me I'd have to pay to ship them all the way to Asia. Their suggestion was for me to just donate the shirts to a friend or a charity, or to "repurpose" them somehow.
I tried to look up this company and there's no real website. There's no phone number to call either. I feel like I got scammed.
Charged three times for poor quality blouses, no way to return them
The stuff showed up about two weeks later. The blouses were really poor quality and didn't fit right at all. I tried to email them at [email protected] and use the website contact, but the site was shut down. No one ever answered about returns.
Their website says you have to return items to an address they pick. But I looked into it and there isn't even a real store like that in Charleston SC.
