J & J Flooring

J&J came to install new flooring in the living room, kitchen, office, pantry, wash/dryer area and in a closet. They arrived as scheduled, were very careful with our furniture, and with covering up counter tops etc. they were amazing at getting rid of the floors that were done by someone else M/I hired 2 years ago when the house was built. They corrected the mistakes made by the former company including sanding down the imperfections to make the floor flat and leveled. They treated the flooring as it should have been done and applied a much better floor than we were given. They allowed 3 days to complete the work but were able to complete it (beautifully) in 2 days. I would/will recommend them to everyone!

Review: My kitchen tile floor was installed by J&J floors - the work went well and the sales manager was very professional. All work was completed on time and appeared to be ok. After a few months, several areas in the kitchen started coming up - the grout was breaking up and the tiles were moving when you walked across the kitchen. I called J&J floors for a resolution and after several phone calls, the store manager (female) seemed as if you she didn't want to send anyone out to investigate the issue. She told me that the schedule was booked and didn't know when they could come out. After coming out, the sales manager and laborers said there was something wrong with the glue they used - the took several pieces up and re-applied glue and then re-grouted. A few weeks later, I called back again for the same issue in other parts of the kitchen - same thing, after several phone calls, they came out and took up a couple of pieces of tile and re-applied the glue. Once again, several more areas in the kitchen with the same problem - this time I called, left a message and never received a phone call. I left several messages and no phone calls were returned.Desired Settlement: The work was never done correctly and they admitted that to me - the glue they used failed. I think they should honor their work and either fix my floor correctly or give me a full refund.
