Got a text saying I won money and a car, told to buy cards

I got this text from a guy named James Anderson. He said I won nine hundred fifty thousand dollars and a Mercedes Benz. His number is (609) 974-2312.

He told me to go to any CVS, Walgreens, Wal-Mart, or Rite Aid and buy a "claimers card." That's as far as I got before I told him to hang up. It felt really off. The whole thing didn't make sense.
