Aggressive call about insurance coverage we don't have

I got a call from someone named James Winters. He said he was calling to prevent a lapse in coverage and that we would have to pay $262.00 per month. We don't have this coverage. He was extremely rude and aggressive on the phone. The call came from 1(888) 535-0250. The whole thing felt off.
