I ordered two bras back in February. Tried to cancel in early March and they told me to call back when I got them. I never got them. Then I saw in an email they sent them to the wrong address.
I asked for a refund and they said no. I used my Discover card so I filed a dispute. Discover said my dispute didn't go through because I sent the request to the wrong address. But the company also had my name wrong. The person on the phone when I called a bunch of times didn't speak English well at all. I lost $51.25.
