Online ad for weight loss with a celebrity name

I saw something on my phone about some celebrity promoting a weight loss thing. It was a MD promotion or something like that. I ordered the product and paid with my credit card.

They took $311.00 out of my account. The website was Jelly Burn and the email is [email protected]. They have an address in Ogden, Utah. I tried calling the number they gave, (332) 241-6182, but nobody really helped me.

It felt off after I ordered. I never got what I paid for. No refund or anything. Just a runaround.
