Bought Jelly Lean from a fake video ad, had to cancel my card

I saw a video ad for Jelly Lean and ended up buying it from JellyLean.com. I think the video was AI-generated, it was completely false. As soon as my payment went through, I got a bad feeling. I immediately asked for a refund from their support email, [email protected]. I also called my credit card company to stop the payment and I locked my card. I'm getting a new one.

The whole thing is a scam. Even the reviews on their site looked real, but they're not. I even messaged a celebrity about it, and she actually replied. She told me to report it to help other people. Do not buy Jelly Lean.

Order was refunded but still delivered, now they want me to pay to return it

I saw an ad online with Jillian Michaels advertising these supplements from JellyLean.com. I made an order but after I read more, it made me feel uncomfortable. I requested to cancel the order and they did refund the $312.38. But then the package was still delivered to me.

I called to let them know and asked for information to return it, since it was supposed to be cancelled. I was told I have to return it and pay for the return shipping myself, and then they would take the money back. The woman on the phone was very nasty and refused to let me speak to a manager. She told me she didn't have time to repeat herself.

I had to cancel my credit card because of this and pay for a new one to be express delivered. I'm a single homeowner and didn't want to be without a card. Now I have to see if I can even afford to send it back. I feel very nervous because I don't trust them and they have my address. If it looks too good to be true, it is.
