Lost over $120 to a clothing website from social media ads
I never got anything. No order confirmation, no tracking, nothing showed up. I tried to email them at the address on the site, [email protected], but got no reply. The whole thing just feels like a scam. I saw it was hosted on shopify but that didn't help. My money is just gone.
Ordered clothes from a supposed Delaware boutique, got poor quality items from China
I tried to email their customer service at [email protected] about getting a refund. I haven't heard anything back. It's been a while now. I just lost that money. The whole thing feels like a facade.
Got a text about a refund, then was told to mail something to China.
The whole thing was for fifty cents. But then they told me the only way to get this refund was by mailing something back to China. That doesn't make any sense to me. Why would I mail something to China for fifty cents? It just felt off immediately. I didn't do it.
Ordered clothes online, they won't ship or refund my money
Then the company sent an email saying they were unable to ship the items "remotely." That didn't make any sense to me. I've made multiple requests for a refund since then.
The company just refuses to refund my order. I paid $263 and got nothing.
Ordered a wool blend coat but got a cheap see-through polyester shirt
What showed up is completely different. It's 95% polyester and 5% spandex. It's basically a thin shirt, and it's see-through. You can see right through it. It also looks screen printed, just cheap overall.
This isn't what I paid for at all. I tried the contact info on the site, the phone 302-760-9909 and the email, but nothing has come of it. I feel totally ripped off.
