My dad got a weird package with filters he never ordered

My father got this small padded envelope in the mail. Inside were just two little filters. He definitely didn't order them and has no clue what they're even for. We checked his credit card and there's no strange charge, so that's something. But it's just odd.

The envelope was empty except for these filters. The return info said it was from Jerry(001)-Yafbara in Rancho Cucamongo, CA. It just feels off getting something you didn't ask for. Nothing else was in there, no letter or anything. We don't know what this is about.
